Ignite My Fire 2009
Registration will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. Space is limited per the special negotiated accommodation rates, so couples are encouraged to register as soon as possible. A completed registration form and your respective timely deposit payment(s) are methods that ensure a reservation will be held on your behalf.
Early-bird registration is only $325 per couple for the 2009 retreat with an initial $50 non-refundable deposit due by Sunday, August 16, 2009 and a secondary $50 non-refundable deposit that is due by Wednesday, August 26, 2009. The 2009 early-bird registration package is inclusive of, but not limited to, the early-bird registration fee discount ($75 value), two (2) 2009 retreat-themed t-shirts, and an opportunity to be selected for a complimentary gift certificate for a 4 day/3 night stay at the Bay Point Marriott Golf Resort & Spa to include breakfast each day, 2 rounds of golf on Nicklaus course, and two 50-minute Swedish Massages at the Serenity Spa at Bay Point; the certificate expires one year after issuance and cannot be used during conference dates.
*It should be noted that both early-bird registration deposit payments (totaling $100) must be paid on or before the respective deadline dates (August 16, 2009 and August 26, 2009) to receive the $325 discounted fee; a $75 value. After Sunday, August 16, 2009, or if the secondary early-bird registration deposit payment deadline date is missed, the general retreat registration fee is or will be converted to $400 per couple with a $125 non-refundable deposit due by Wednesday, August 26, 2009. The 2009 retreat-themed t-shirt and complimentary 4 day/3 night stay certificate package selection opportunity are not included in general retreat registration.The retreat registration fee payment schedule was released on Sunday, August 2, 2009. The remaining balances after all retreat deposits are submitted by Wednesday, August 26, 2009, $225 for early-bird registration and $275 for general retreat registration, are outlined by the retreat registration fee payment schedule provided below.
*Payments for the 2009 retreat will be received by credit/debit card (Visa/MC) in a secure online transaction only. It should be noted that no other form of payment for the 2009 retreat will be accepted.

Early-bird registration includes two (2) t-shirts - Husband and Wife - up to size XL. If you require a larger size you will need to purchase a larger t-shirt. Please be sure that you select from the early-bird shirts.
